RENOVATION AND UPGRADATION OF VARIOUS FACILITIES IN THE AUDITORIUM
TENDER SPECIFICATIONS OF VARIOUS ITEMS
The Following Items are required at IETE Hyderabad center to renovate and upgrade the Auditorium and other facilities.
Qualified and authorized Contractors are requested to Submit their lowest offer for these items to be supplied and installed on turnkey Basis. The offer is to cover all the items and facilities as single entity. Part tenders will be summarily rejected.

AIRCONDITIONG OF THE AUDITORIUM wall mounted split Turbo air conditioners of capacity 3TR each. The number of Units required are 10 Nos. with following specifications Two units are to be placed on either side of the auditorium, two on the rear side and one on the Dias for even spread of cool air. The Air conditioners are to be energy efficient with at least 10% energy saving over the conventional models and to give air throw of min 25 ft. Three phase compressor is preferred for a better efficiency and longer life. The ACs should have constantly oscillating louvers to distribute the air evenly over a large area. The ACs are to be equipped with an intelligent remote control with the following features On/Off Timers A timed on/off switch to programme the cooling operation. • Economy Mode To save power while cooling comfortably. • Auto Mode To ensures perfect cooling under ambient conditions. • Dry Mode To help reduce humidity while cooling. • Keypad Lock To ensure that there are no accidental changes in the settings. • Built-In Clock The built-in real-time clock should operate even when the air conditioner is off.

FALSE ROOFING OF AUDITORIUM
The roof of the auditorium is more than 30 ft in height. To make the air-conditioning more effective and to bring in aesthetic look to the auditorium, a false roofing at a height of 15 to 20 ft is suggested. The false roofing will be with POP material supported by aluminum truss which intern supported by hangers from the roof. |

LIGHTING OF AUDITORIUM
A New Panel Board has to be fixed with 6 Nos MCBs Fresh electrical Ear thing is to be done Switches are to be fixed on the panel, numbered & marked Wiring 10A to be drawn over false ceiling in PVC conduits to all bulbs and other power points like A/Cs, Audio video systems etc. An array of CFL bulbs with suitable reflectors are being proposed 8 Nos of bulb clusters are to be fixed in the auditorium Halogen focus lamps 8 Nos. are to be fixed for the dais. Suitable wiring from UPS to be done for Audio video systems and computer appropriate point. Wiring from AC Generator to the control panel to be laid in concealed conduits |

Both the interiors and Exteriors of the center are in need of repaint All portions of Exteriors which are peeling need to be scrapped Those parts need to be given a two coats of painting Interiors to be given one coat of Oil Bound Distemper of same color as existing color. Exteriors are to be given ACE painting to give an aesthetic and similar look |
